Ran into an issue with the intercooler, rad fan, oil cooler fitment as I planned it out. Just ordered a replacement intercooler and still have to figure out the room I have for a slim pusher style fan. It will be tight, but hopefully will work out.

If only I had more time during the day there would be faster updates. I am trying to get at least one thing done every day I can before the picnic. We shall see.

Been getting things done little bit at a time. A few bigger things have been getting the fan installed as well as fabricating custom mounts for the front mount intercooler. I also fabbed up the downpipe and got it over to kyle for welding.

Haven't forgotten about your driveshaft either. I'll be fitting it this week for sure.

Waiting on downpipe to be welded so I can get it back, fit it up and measure out the extension that needs to be welded to flex pipe to mate with downpipe. Once that happens, I'll need that welded up along with the bov flange and a few misc things welded to the aluminum intake piping. Anybody able to do this super fast??

Water pump hose is e30, upper hose is euro 320i touring hose and the lower hose I will need to cut the curve off another euro 320i touring hose since the e30 lower hose kinks too badly

Started cutting out the old seat mounts in order to make new ones lower in the car for the e30 sport seats. Otherwise they would have sat too high. Also preparing to do some floor pan surgery as well.

Last night I also made an adapter for my m50 tps to use with megasquirt.

DOOD you should have told me to send you the adapter when I sent you that TPS. I have an adapter saved from doing my brothers. Would be quick to machine another.

Havent updated this is a long time. After finally getting all my stuff welded by Dan the muffler man, I got the exhaust all buttoned up, charge piping installed, fuel hoses to fuel rail on, coolant hoses mostly on, vacuumed lines routed, started cutting out the rustly floors and also got the driver side seat mounts in and welded. this is the part of the build that really gets ya. A lot of small stuff that nickel and dimes ya till its finally done. It'll all be worth it tho

Finished up connecting random coolant and vacuum lines. Started getting the wiring situated with soldering in the IAT sensor and doing a little modifying for the wideband, but ran into a problem. Turns on the o2 sensor plug and the oil pressure switch plug were cut off of the e30 harness I got. So I now have to cut open the harness to dig them out far enough to extend the wires. There goes my nice clean looking wiring harness. :(

Anybody have a pic of where the oil pressure switch wire comes out of the harness, so I can search for any sign of what's left of that wire on mine? I found where the o2 sensor wires were cut.
