Projects for this winter include replace rusty floors and swap in a turbo m20. Possibly do group 2 flares and wheels, but don't think I will get to that quite yet.

Interior torn out and rusty floor culprits in view. Have to remove sound deadening from passenger side to see extent of damage. I have replacement panels on standby too.

Created e30 c101 -> e21 fuse box plug harness

removed and sold turbo m10 setup and trans

engine bay being sanded down and KBS (por-15) rust proof coating half applied.

picked up an e21 323i m20 front subframe for ease of install. Sandblasted and KBS coated.

Progress is slow right now since I am waiting on SOMEBODY to remove my future m20/g260 setup from their current car. Ahem ahem! :P

Moved back to the burbs where I grew up. Closer to work and family. Fenced in yard for the dog to have freedom. 2.5 car garage to myself, lol.

Better the hydrant than my e46 touring on the other side. I wasn't actively selling it anymore, but got an offer that worked for both parties. It's bittersweet for sure, but I'm excited for what's to come.

Wish it was spring, but better late than never. Finishing up sanding and priming the rear flares so they can get vinyl wrapped. Then the rest of the car can be wrapped as well.

Got the passenger side rear flare cut, sectioned and fiberglassed back together. Used it to get the measurements and did the same on drivers side. Will just need some finishing with bondoglass and body filler before 2k epoxy primer and vinyl wrap.
