Get some wheels with a reasonable offset so you can run some real tires (your current tires are silly being 225 or 235) and go from there.

              Your 215's make me laugh!
Also, you can use the starter to prime the engine, just pull the fuel pump fuse.

remove the timing chain so that the pistons will be slowed down and it will reduce ring wear while priming.

In all seriousness, I usually prime an engine by removing the fuel pump fuse and pulling the spark plugs, no compression = no load on the bearings and it spins over much faster.  It still takes longer than you think it would to build pressure in a new engine but yours wasn't fully disassembled.

                            Getting closer!

Need to get a new brass crush ring for the boost gauge. The original hose was crimped at the nut. Then I'll be good to go.

The crank torque tool should be arriving today.

Almost there.  I have HPS pads on our Maxima and very happy with them, excellent feeling street pad and they seem to last forever, I think they are around 40k and still over half of the material left.  Not sure if it matters much but they are on Brembo slotted rotors as well.
