I'm interested to know what else is going on in these pictures. Looks like OEM replacement fenders and rear sheet metal for an E30? Also, the other poster on the table? Do you work at a dealer ship and they were cleaning out a bunch of old advertising?

It was a little bit of a let down, but we still got to drive it. It was more of just increasing the fear of crashing haha. One of the RSR cars actually did crash. I'm not sure what kind of damage happened, but it didn't look too bad. We went to the track early and watched the factory cars go around before it was open to the public. Took some sweet videos of an M4 GTS, camo Aston Martin, and Mercedes GT. It was an awesome day haha.

Yes, you will need to create a lever arm that allws the pedal to fully open close the throttles, this is the same that they do with conventional plates.  The machining and precision is going to be super important as well.  I get geeked out by this sort of stuff, so please keep posting updates. Thanks!

The first machining would be just to get it close. When you press the bearing in its going to change the inner diameter a little. With the bearing pressed in use the brake cylinder hone to get it within tolerance. To do it right you need to machine it with the the bearing pressed into the block. I might try and press it in and use the cnc machine here at school.
