Yep - stretched tires make my eyes bleed.

Just looked at mine yesterday while I was putting the engine back in the car. The cable comes from the passenger side floor, runs along the subframe, Y's off at the starter, continues along the subframe to the driver's side, and snakes up to the alternator inside of the exhaust. Hope that helps. Sorry, I couldn't get a decent picture.

I didn't do the conversion, just figured out to make it work after it had sat unused for a while, I remembered it when you mentioned mach 3 software. I went to school for electromechanical technology associates degree and that was my final project. The next step was to get the tool changer functional but we ran out of time. You can look into Hands-On Garage. They rent out lift bays by the minute, but I figure if you have a lot of work to get done that they can work out a deal. Worth a look into.

I like to take the front end off for easier access to things on the front of the engine, when you don't need to flush the cooling system and such. You could make it come off with a couple of pins, so it would be uber quick on the track to do some fixin' without absolutely having to take the radiator off every time. But, when you want to, its just a bolt or two, and a couple hoses to do so.  preference though!  Its a ford 9" e30 with a borg warner turbo and e85 and a t56, I bet you can find it on google

Just counted and I have 3 full rolls (BNIB) of canvas for gallery wraps, one roll of photo paper, one I didn't open to see what was in there, and a roll of canvas on the printer. Decent chuck of $$$$ in paper alone.

Yea any driveshaft shop should be able to do it it's very standard and not very difficult. But lengthening..

I have the ecu, all wiring, ews, etc from the E39. That seems like the easiest, cheapest, and most reliable way right now. What spare are you asking about?
