Getting closer!
Need to get a new brass crush ring for the boost gauge. The original hose was crimped at the nut. Then I'll be good to go.
The crank torque tool should be arriving today.
-
Rear calipers and new Hawk HPS pads on. Ready for the road!

Got my Jesus bolt torqued down.
New updated list:
-Charge battery a little
-Install radiator
-Add fluids
-Prime oil system
-Fire it up!
-
Almost there. I have HPS pads on our Maxima and very happy with them, excellent feeling street pad and they seem to last forever, I think they are around 40k and still over half of the material left. Not sure if it matters much but they are on Brembo slotted rotors as well.
-
Doing some more wedding planning today which means wrenching on the bimmer and sending emails with the fiancee!
-
On the road again!!!!!!!
-
BURNOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Haha.
She is running great! Feels so good to be back behind the wheel.
I'll get it cleaned up tomorrow and snap some pictures.

Beep Beep!!
-
Beep Beep!!
you've opened a can of worms.
The "Meep Meep!!" people and the "Beep Beep!!" people are going to slaughter eachother now.
-
Well if you look close at an actual road runner, it says beep beep on it. Not meep meep. Read a book!
-
Polished up my rear passenger wheel a bit. It was pretty nasty due to the sticking caliper.

Bolted down my ecu to replace the zip ties that were holding it in there. However, couldn't get away from the ties to secure the PA system. I'll rig something up that's not sketch in the future.

Back in business! !

"Imma break into this car and steal the..... DAMNIT. Someone beat me to it!"
No guess work going on here.
I had my buddy rip it open because the lock froze and I needed to get in there. I have a new one ready to install but it is further down on the to do list.
