Please don't listen to anyone here that says its bad. Its stock feel as it has 2 clutch discs so doesnt need as much clamping force to achieve the same thing your south bend would. You will need to tow it to concours and have them bleed the system along with the clutch adaptation as you installed a new clutch. If the smg isn't in neutral it won't start. Also the hood needs to be closed or it won't start either.

Considering kbb is mid/upper 8s and people usually pay under Kelly's blue book for a vehicle that isnt special aka M car or such. Also this being only 2wd and can pick these up at dealer auctions for 6k with close to same mileage I'd say that's your issue.

You get a dealer discount. Quite being a cheap ass and get the stuff that fits right. Or go on r3v and purchase a used one from a non salt state and get it painted.

Replace the pump. Filter and relay. End of story. On to the next cappy part that is going to fail on a e30. If they have never been replaced under your ownership why not do it for peace of mind anyways?

My previous comment about the car being a "deferred maintenance nightmare" was inappropriate, I apologized to the seller for that.  That came out because I consider the water pump/thermostat, coil packs and oil filter housing gasket on N52's to be "maintenance" and not "repairs" since pretty much ALL of them will need to be done at some point.  Whoever buys this car will have those to look forward to, more than likely sooner rather than later.  Just because those haven't been done, doesn't mean it's a bad car or that the seller wasn't properly maintaining it.

He still didnt take our advice and lower the price. Dont think his FS ad is going to matter is he is still asking 9 or 10k. He should be asking 8500 and take anything above 7k

Scott and Concours, wouldn't use anyone else.

You won't see the broken bolts, they are the front ones that go into the subframe. They have updated bolts from bmw, google e46 m3 rear clunk.

If I didn't have the m3 right now Id drive down ans swoop it up.

Subframe completely junk, salvage title and a none running engine in pieces.....seems like a easy pass for me.

454 at 700hp is a lot more reliable then a n54 at same level, also I assume that is on a low boost setting. TCD is making 5xxwhp at 9-10psi on a single turbo LS motor in his e28. Also hat the TI's but i would def rock this one.
