lol, if Earl owned this vehicle, it wouldn't be riddled with such half-ass work. From preliminary glances, the shock tower mounts seem fine. I'll be pulling the wheel off this week and doing a good examination...

I'll come back with what I find. Any advice on replacement/swap? If it is just a shot spring, can I swap just the front pair? or can I get away with just a single?

So the front passenger side of my M3 I'm working on has heavy devy sag. As in wheel well is touching the wheel. SO tell me since I've never worked on any suspension ever, is it a just a failed spring? or......

I do powder coating and i can get the rims dipped in acid as opposed to sand blasted which is waaaay more ideal. What color are you looking at?

Yup... When I had my m3 at age 19, full coverage was $2000 a year for me... Pretty good considering, but it really sucked me dry

Yeah it was salvage title back then from a rear hit coincidentally too, paid $7k back then for it and it was worth every penny in my opinion... ; )

I looked at the trunk since it was redone while M318's had it and it looks WAAAY better than before when I owned it. Whoever did the job before I bought it wasn't "excellent" at it, but it's soooo damn fast now.

Well, it seems as though everyone goes on vacation in August, and I decided to go back to where my roots are: Germany! I was born here and my father's side of the family is all over here. It's so awesome seeing all of the different types of Bimmers rolling around. It's really too bad though because my favorites (late 90's M3) are according to my cousin not very cool cars over here for the typical German due to all the Turkish "thugs" buying them up and causing a ruckus.

Oh well, all in all it's going to be an awesome trip though and I'm hoping to get a bunch of BMW gear while I'm over here. Anyone ever want anything from Germany that you couldn't get over in the US? I'm trying to think of what I can snag... M318 told me he's looking for a huge BMW flag for his shop so I'll be looking for one of those.

I went over to his shop about two weeks ago and he said he's been so busy lately he hasn't had the time to jump on here in a while but I saw some of the projects he's starting and my old m3 that he bought from me. It looks so beautiful...
