      Also, Steven, If you want the Bentley, you can come over whenever and pick it up. Or even when you are working I can drop it off.

        if you don't have a bentley for the car. that is where to start. That book solves EVERYTHING. such massive detail and an insane amount of information.

            The Bentley is good but it is definitely not any sort of bible. The index really irks me sometimes. I remember one time looking for something ignition related and it ended up being under "Transistorized coil ignition (TCI-i) system" in the index. double-you-tee-eff mate.

              That is true. The index sucks dick.

              but otherwise it is basically a bible.

              I owe that book like $5,000 grand in savings for my jetta.

              I've only had to use it a couple of times for my e21.

                    yeah.....still no fixins due to not giving fucks. have not touched the car for 2 weeks and I'm going out west for 2 weeks this coming week. so im taking it to a shop and telling them have fun. lol. but before i take it ill try and get vid of how it was running and post that along with what they find, just to help with anyone in the future. thanks everyone for the input its just to cold to work on it and i don't really have the resources i used to working in a shop. Wish me luck :)

                      the e30 does run. it was a combination of plug wires and the pulse ring :)
