Why wouldn't I? I don't need to lower the compression at all.

Thanks man! So Walbro in tank, and then 044 in line or something?

Single 044 in tank should be okay for you. I run a pair of 255s in tank. It's a clusterfuck and if one pump fails I am not gonna be happy.

Well if I already have a 255, I'm going to install it. So should I run another 255 inline or something?

^lol. Haven't tasted it. Yes. I'm trying not to go lean! Also. How much 4an steel braided line should I buy? I need it for turbo feed, and all new fuel lines.

m50 headgaskets are notorious for blowing without boost at all.

I'm looking for 350-400wheel, and this motor normally support 350 without arp's even. I think I should be able to manage. If I blow it, oh well. It's like a boost fuse haha. Too much boost and bad tuning, I blow a hg versus a piston haha.

                        ha! I like that.

Better than blowing the welds on your intake manifold for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, on a car like this where its not my dd, it's kind of okay when things break. It makes you upgrade for the best! No better way to get motivation to get forged internals than blowing the shit out of your block.

Install it and tune, you will find out if that pump is a bottleneck or not.

-4 is WAY too small for fuel lines. -6 minimum.

Alright for sure. Would you just run rubber lines? Like those high pressure efi ones? Or would you do braided? Also, do you think i need a new fuel rail? This fuel thing is really getting me.

It's common practice in the turbo volvo world to run a factory head gasket and treat it like a fuse. Those who go the MLS Cometic approach (without a lot of time spent tuning on the dyno by a professional) often live to regret that decision.

Go braided. Looks better. And the fuel rail, factory fuel rail *should* be fine. Just upgrade injectors/possibly get a higher bar FPR.

Maybe, I went Cometic to get a lower CR.
