problems with my 5-speed swap

I just finished my swap n when I went to bleed my clutch n my slave went out. Got a new one n the same thing happened. After the third one went out I pulled the Trans out to make sure the fork was moving properly n the clutch disk wasn't backwards n everything was fine. I don't know what is wrong any one have any suggestions?

Do you have the TOB in the fork the correct way? the fork shouldn't have much play

What do you mean 'slave went out'? Did the push rod come out of the cylinder? Did the seal blow out?
Do you have the right slave cylinder?
Also, i belive the word you cant think of is 'and'.
