e30 m50 swap problems

Make sure the ground coming off the injector/spark connector box is on the motor.
Does your ICV hum with the key in the on position? -
No 100 percent about the relay power but will check tonight. I don't hear any humming from the ICV. My ground coming from the injector/spark box is connected to my ground stud on the car.

If the ICV isn't humming you lack power to your engine harness. This is most likely the main relay not having power.

Still being stumped any chance someone who knows the wiring of an m50 swap could send me a full description of what needs to go where and to what? Would like to make it scooters this year. Thanks

It puzzles me that you say it fires on starting fluid. If it is sending signal for spark I don't know why it wouldn't send injector pulse as well.
That makes me think ground, double check your grounds, make sure they are clean. You should have one wire grounded at the passenger side strut tower and one on the frame horn near the PS motor mount arm. -
Took the injector wiring harness apart checked everything, using a noid light shows no injector pulse. Also came to the conclusion it's sending 12 volts to both positive and ground on every injector plug.
