I haven't looked into it yet. How bad is it? I plan on running 16x8 & 16x9 staggered. What kida BS sizes will I be dealing with? I want as wide as possible in the back.

          205/40 on EERRRYYYTTHHAANNGGG.

I do wish we had some good 195/40 options tho.

What offset? With a roll the biggest I have seen out back was a 235.

                I run 225/45 square.

I think he suggested the 245 because its spec for a 9" wheel. I just want em flush and filling the wheel well.

                      Here's a 16"x9" ET10 on a 205/40..... A 245 or 235 is gonna be...."tight".

My fenders are rolled, but a "flat" sideway I don't think will fit at all.

Even a 215 rear will probably require a roll. Had plenty if fun getting Eric's rears clearanced on his 318 with same wheels sizes and offsets. Being that you have an early model, the high arches will give you a little extra room.

Stock size sure will. Go to r3v and under the wheel and tire thread there are hundreds of people asking about specific setups and getting answers. Give it a look.

And will the 40 series be tall enough to fill my wheel well? Your car looks a bit lower then mine classE

Those are just ellipsoids, an ellipsoid "smiley" looks like this.
