WTR: Shop Spot

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I am in need of a new location to rent.
I need to be out of my current location no later than September 1st.
I am willing to rent a location with multiple people or a small spot to rent on my own. The shop only needs enough room to comfortably fit my car and store parts. I would also like to spend around $150/month like my current location. I would prefer the area to be anywhere between/within West Bend and Menomonee Falls as to keep it close to me or work.
If anyone knows of a place or could keep and eye out it would be much appreciated=)

Good luck man! Its a tough game finding shop spaces on the cheap. If you can find 3 other guys to split rent this place has been listing for quite some time when I looked around for spaces in the milwaukee area.http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/off/4549303072.html
I currently have 4 cars in my 1350sq/ft space and a tow dolley with room to work still.if you need help towing/moving your car some weekend, lemme know too.

Even if places say no automotive work, email/call just to ask. That's how I got my current shop. The zoning may not allow commercial automotive work but is fine for personal/hobby like my place. If it comes down to the wire and you don't have a space secured, I do have a spot open now the 540i is gone...
