<![CDATA[WTR: Shop Spot]]>Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I am in need of a new location to rent.

I need to be out of my current location no later than September 1st.

I am willing to rent a location with multiple people or a small spot to rent on my own. The shop only needs enough room to comfortably fit my car and store parts. I would also like to spend around $150/month like my current location. I would prefer the area to be anywhere between/within West Bend and Menomonee Falls as to keep it close to me or work. 

If anyone knows of a place or could keep and eye out it would be much appreciated=)

That's how I got my current shop. The zoning may not allow commercial automotive work but is fine for personal/hobby like my place. If it comes down to the wire and you don't have a space secured, I do have a spot open now the 540i is gone...

Its a tough game finding shop spaces on the cheap. I currently have 4 cars in my 1350sq/ft space and a tow dolley with room to work still.if you need help towing/moving your car some weekend, lemme know too.
