Why is Brookes car missing so many pieces?  Looks like you're in the process of a hover car conversion.

Because innovate wideband. This will be the fourth calibration and it's impossible to find a Bosch 17025 in stock anywhere besides the damn internet. She won't make it to the autox in her car. Which means she gets to drive mine.

That sucks.  I know when I was running my AEM in my 240sx I could grab an o2 from a VW 1.8t and call it good.  Looking at the 17025 it doesn't look like it cross's with anything.

Is Brooke using the Innovate LC-2 or LC-1? If using the LC-2, from Innovate's website it says the LC-2 can use both the LSU 4.2 & the LSU 4.9 O2 sensors. The LC-1 can only use the 4.2 sensor. Seems like the D shaped connector size is what defines the difference.

I guess you would need the correct sensor cable tho if switching to the 4.2 sensor. 😕

Not sure, I know the connector says 4.9 on it. The 17014 is too large for the D shaped connector. The 17025 is the only one that fits. I tried the upstream 1.8t thing after snap told me and it is the larger 17014 connector(which is the upstream 1.8t) so yeah. After about 7 stops to various auto parts stores-she just ordered one off the internet

I can check to see if I have a spare 4.9 sensor I could mail to ya. If you don't mind a slightly used sensor.

I don't quite understand the issue.
Is the controller having issues? Or is it megasquirt dropping the voltage values every time?
I and others have used the MTX-L from innovate without issue.
I hope you get it figured out, and I'm sad to hear she wont be bringing the car!

Yeah or the sensor was ruined after 20 minutes of run time..... and yes everyone has used these without issue. Just a shitty timing type of deal with this one. We were driving/tuning and the AFR readout jumped to 22.5 on the wideband. The car was running and driving great, so we got home, recalibrated the gauge and bam "E8" wbo2 is bad and need a new sensor
