        clutch in your clutch fan is seized, so it's constantly engaged. Not a huge issue. my 76C10 had a constant fan (just ran off the engine RPM's) it's annoying, but it'll be fine. Just get a new clutch assembly for the fan, if it bothers you that much.

          I just did my whole cooling system though, new fan clutch and everything though. Why would it make that noise if its new?

                  is it oem? the clutch fas should engage when first started then release. it shouldn't engage until it reaches a temperature. does it feel like it is binding up? should have a little tension when its cold but not too much.

                      It's not vanos I otta adjust them because they are ticking or it could be low on oil but ever since I did my cooling system it started making that noise it gets annoying.

                        Vanos rattles when its bad. If vanos made that noise i would run its going to blow!

                          Shop said vanos or you may be low on oil and my check coolant came on so that's probably it.
