my E30 story

I'd run the door panels, unless you're gunna run door skins, those door skeletons are sharp/give you no comfortable way to close the doors. An thrashing around= cut your arms/legs.
I'd do a half carpet, keep the carpet from the dash to the back of the drivers seat. That's what I did on my S13

good point, i dont want to get stabbed by my door when trying to go sideways.

Honestly, if you wanted, you could be high speed and do something cool like this:

That's an E30 pictured. But ditch those stupid factory door pulls. I have some epic CNC machined 6061 aluminum handles I'd sell to you if you'd like!

thats what i was thinking too. just put a steel door panel. that doesnt look like a bad idea, now that i actually see what it looks like.
-
im trying to think if there is a way to get it to pop off and on easily, so i dont have to use rivets.

This is my buddies Hachi drift car's door cards. These were more expensive. But they look awesome in person. I wish I could find a better picture. Vinny at Destruction Warehouse in Waukesha made them. Custom brushed stainless.

thats beautiful. might need to do this.

i think im going to buy some metal from work tomorrow. ill try one door and if i like it ill do the other one.

Rowley, you're forgetting you drive a 4 door E30, not a 2 door.

I got my spark plug wires today. The only problem is, that i don't know where which wire goes to which on the distributer cap.

Google the firing order. If I was at the shop I could tell you

the firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4 and the distributor rotor rotates clockwise. Cylinder 1 is nearest to the drive belts. If you aren't able to get the wires figured out between now and noon tomorrow I can take a picture/jot down what it is on my car.
