Shop said vanos or you may be low on oil and my check coolant came on so that's probably it.

If your fan is working properly and make sure it is not loose and it has some tention to it when you spin it. Check that your coolant is topped off best time to do it is before you start the car in the morning when it has sat for a while. If your coolant is full then change your thermostat. It sounds to me more like a thermostat or low coolant. Seeing as when you sit it gets hot and when you move it is normal.

If you're going to get poly rtab you don't really need the shims (limiters).

If you want low Zach, get raceland ultimos. My rokkors handled just fine. Way better than stock.

I have an m50 one, with a throttle body on it i believe.

Aftermarket rims take some work to dial in. I bought cheap xxr rims and my tires are numbered the same, yet different sizes. Cheap stuff only "works."

My Pop's a Mechanical Engineer that now supplies engine parts to every engine maker on the planet (Federal Mogul). We got into a conversation years ago on why it's better to remove unsprung mass before sprung mass and what the exact benefits would be. He busted out some paper and started crunching numbers. It was amazing to see someone calculate this stuff without any reference material. Half way through his calculations, I remembered UUC and pulled up the .pdf on that page. "Well shit, that saves me a lot of trouble. I was going to start weighing those parts in a few minutes to finish the variables." We were so impressed that they put up their work I ended up buying their 8.5lb flywheel/e34 M5 clutch combo for my last car. Night and day difference in performance.
