@Brian - The chart is for non-coilover springs. I was trying to show my current non-coilover spring rates (Spax SSX) for comparison. Sorry if I was not clear there. An example I found from someone running slicks on the track for the e28 - 7 inch springs front and rear, 650lb front and 550lb rear with Koni race single adjustable shocks.

yea northwoods is highly recommended. I'd be going to that event but sadly I'll be flying out to Maryland to drive back my new winter beater over the weekend ;( 350 bucks for 2 days is hard to beat and that group has some good cars. If anyone is on the fence I'd say do it

Agreed with running narrowband and wideband. Simulated narrowband will piss off Motronic when it sees a voltage slightly higher or lower or higher than expected (some ECUs operate from 0.1V to 1.1V and some sensors read 0.0V to 1.0V  etc)  and you will get a CEL.  I really hope the W.A.R. chip setup works phenomenally for you but if you end up springing for Megasquirt you will definitely want a wideband setup.
