This needs to happen. I've wanted a boosted M10 for a really long time. Best motor to boost!

Oh it will happen! I am going to have to drill and tap the engine block for my oil return so that it sits above the oil level. Going to the oil pan (a lot easier to do) would cause backflow into the turbo and probably blow the seals. I pretty much have everything I need to bolt everything on except exhaust flange, downpipe, throttle cable, and a triple gauge pod for the dash from bavauto. The teardown and install are most likely gonna happen once school is done in may since theres too much going on right now. I have some other goodies to install on the car too that I havent had time for. Should be a great summer!

If you ever need a hand wrenching on stuff, I'd be more than happy to pop over. I want to see this thing. About the same time you're doing your boost build I should be starting my 2.7 project. Its going from built n/a monster to boosted when I can afford to do a boost setup.

Cool man! ill keep that in mind. same goes for me, if you ever need help wrenching too. She needs some new paint, but it works for now. That sounds like one hell of a build for sure. I'd def like to see that when its done.

You'll want to watch out for saucy-pants over there. Last I heard, he ground up an "ix" diff into fine powder and snorted it while bouncing his car off the limiter in the garage.

Not that I blame him for wanting to do such a thing, but it may catch you off-guard if you aren't prepared.

I have a medium case 4.10 open but boy do the spider gears feel like a POS. Should be a good candidate for snortation

I too have an open diff that howls like a banshee. Might be buying Ben's 410 LSD.

Sorry ramps, I will probably be trading it for a 2.93LSD
