So as it starts warming up I am going to need to be doing my shifter bushings/linkage. I will be dropping the exhaust and driveshaft so I can get to everything easier. As my exhaust is out I think I want to get a new exhaust.

Does anyone know what a fair price on a Used Dinan Catback?

While doing my daily research turns out to really do any catback exhaust additions to the 323is, I need to get a 328 or m3 midsection. The 323is came with a modified 4 banger exhaust.

The more I know I guess.

Hopefully my go to e36 still has the midpipe on it at the scrapyard.

Picture is not mine. Top is the 323is midsection, bottom is 328/m3.

Buying some sick shit next week. Cant wait.

Figure out what 4 items I am getting and Ill give you a Very High Five!

                  Here are some hints  :

What has a Rare High Offset with 60 spokes in total?

What Item on an E36 has 3 pieces on each side and is black?

                  Secondary Sound-System Steve D****?

Z3 high offset style 32s, Alpinas are a close enough guess!

You get the High Five lol

Maybe not 'rare' but still fairly difficult to find in 17"/E36 fitment, they're one of my favorite OEM wheel options!

I guess we can call them Very Difficult to find.

Anyway. I made a DIY clutch stop today.

Just as simple as a 3/8 -16 x 1-1/2 Elevator Bolt, nut and chair foot grip thing.

What keeps the elevator bolt from just falling out? will you tack weld the nut to the floor/firewall?

I was thinking about making one but haven't looked into it much yet.

It literally just screws in. I could add some loctite but it should be fine for now.

There, I got  to use the "confused" reaction.

Its either just a plain hole that lets the screw act like a self-tapping sheetmetal screw, or the Germans are trolling us hard.
