I've had mixed numbers and letters on personalized plates, its normal.Â
can you imagine the moment the prisoner who is stamping these pulled this one out of the machine?

Don't do collectors of you go a special plate route. Â Get hobbyist.

Hobbyist plates basically give you a free pass on modifications to your car.

hobbyist and collectors plates are basically the same with one major difference.
collectors (blue plate) = the car is mostly unmodified, aesthetically looking like a factory car. lowering, wheels, debadging, etc are allowed, but no body modification beyond factory options.
hobbyist (green plate) = the sky is the limit for modification, including full custom cars and kit cars.
both must be 20 years old, both you must have another registered car, both you cannot drive in January, both I believe its a one time registration fee (no annual renewal fees)
