Lol, yeah he did. Better the hydrant than my e46 touring on the other side. I wasn't actively selling it anymore, but got an offer that worked for both parties. It's bittersweet for sure, but I'm excited for what's to come.

Yeah I'm still in the area. Moved back to the burbs where I grew up. Closer to work and family. Fenced in yard for the dog to have freedom. 2.5 car garage to myself, lol.

I'm sad to see this go! I enjoyed the recent progress! Though now I see that "recent" is a bit... loose.
