Appleton area shop space

Looking to do some work this winter but don't have any room where I'm at. Anyone got some extra shop space they'd be willing to rent out?
I've looked a little bit on craigslist but all of the spaces that I've seen are way bigger than what I need and cost more than what I want to spend. If there's anyone else that's looking for space and wants to split the cost let me know. I might also consider buying if I found something cheap, but that's kind of a long shot.
Basically I need 4 walls, a roof, concrete floor and electrical. 600 square feet would be luxurious compared to what I'm used to dealing with.
Any leads?
