This intake reminds me of the HPF intake on the s54's.

The car is currently at Legend Auto in Dale, Wisconsin getting a custom exhaust fabbed up! They've treated me very well and have been great to work with. Would highly recommend them for any fabrication or automotive installation needs!

It did pick up 23whp and 16wtq at 18psi, and eliminates the port injection plate.

If I had to take a guess it would confirm my thoughts of more HP with less bottom end torque. Not a massive difference in the bottom end which is cool. 

It does indeed look like the HPF manifold.

LMT is local so I'd definitely show up to check this out. I'll always find an excuse to go do car stuff! lol 

If the timing works out maybe I'll bring the M3 and see if I can come to even within 150 hp of this monster   I'd like to see if I can crack 550 without going catless

I thought you had a heat shield protecting those? 
I would be concerned about not having that in place.

Your best bet is to just learn how to use manual mode. Once you master that, you can get the outcome you have in your head. Shoot in RAW format so you have a wider spectrum of editing capabilities.

I still use it, just took it out for these photos then put it back in. A bent license plate covered in exhaust wrap doesn't need to be in the photos, lol.

Yeah, I don't get it. Like the lawn was freshly cut, some things look like they're repaired, but the whole house is a mess. Why is someone still putting 5% effort into maintaining it? It doesn't look liveable.

manual? 🤨 do you carry a pocket meter? there's really no point in that with Aperture and Shutter priority. (maybe you are considering those as manual.)

i shoot in Aperture priority 99% of the time, and only switch to shutter priority when trying to capture moving subjects.

one thing easy to glean from his posts is to shoot at dusk. some people call it the golden hour. some call it camera sexy time.  whatever you call it, its great for car photos. shadows are soft, and the blue-orange glow reflects beautifully in car paint.
