                      $1000 - But you have to remember its most likely twice as bad in person and its a 4 hour drive. Its a good deal because you can part it out for way more, but the problem there is that the buyers market is fairly small.

                        Yeah, that’s a tough call. Maybe if he dropped a bit lower on the price. 

                        I vote you buy the m106 e23 and toss the motor from that into your car, now that’d be fun. Too bad the euro bumpers from that won’t fit a 6 series.

                                Swap logic is beyond me but maybe because more HP and TQ in the 2.4l LE5 versus the 1.8l in the m42?
