h&r racr springs or raceland coilovers

Im just looking for some suggestions which is better I also have stock size sport wheels I'll be using and would like to know if I would have to get spacers for both or just one of them I'm going to be buying one or the other because I will have my entire rear section of my car apart while I'm replacing the bushings so I might as well lower it as well

It dependant if you just want to go low, or if you want it to handle well? I would say racelands/rokkors because they go low with modification, and they aren't the worse handling coils. They were much better than my broken springs and blown Struts.

I would like to go low handle well and increase the stiffness of the ride without breaking the bank. I just really hate body roll and I will be doing power adders to the motor after I get all this suspension work done and over with.

I'll probably be looking for a good low but comfortable setup for the E36 vert (if and when).  Since this is an E36 suspension thread, I figured I'd get your two cents.  Should be similar to the coupe, yes?

FWIW, H&R Race springs on my E30 have a more comfy ride than the H&R Sports and handle far better.

If you want low Zach, get raceland ultimos. My rokkors handled just fine. Way better than stock.
