Im just looking for some suggestions which is better I also have stock size sport wheels I'll be using and would like to know if I would have to get spacers for both or just one of them I'm going to be buying one or the other because I will have my entire rear section of my car apart while I'm replacing the bushings so I might as well lower it as well

I would say racelands/rokkors because they go low with modification, and they aren't the worse handling coils. They were much better than my broken springs and blown Struts.
