Those will definitely fit! An I know my rims would fit your car, they're only z 1/2" smaller all around. :3. I mean, they came off an E46!

Jeff is correct, e46 330's require 17" wheels. The stock 330 brakes are slightly larger than that of an e36 M3. Not to mention, 16's look silly on an e46
