Ive looked into this before
Koni NA lists 3 places as Koni rebuild centers on there website if you want to ship them out.
If you go that route looks like the closest place would be Ohio.

I had emailed Truechoice about a Koni rebuild earlier this year on some revalved short body yellow struts and shocks for an e30. Quote was $195.50 for fronts and $165 rears not including parts which run $30-40 per shock. In January the turnaround time was 3-4 weeks.
Not sure what pricing would for normal valve rebuild. If you just need off the shelf valving Tire Rack has new Koni yellows on sale.
