            No exactly sure what you mean. Grounded to the chassis or to the plug.

                  What power reading are you getting through the plug.

                  when testing vacuum are you using your vacuum pump to build the vacuum in the system, or just to read it?

                    I just took everything apart and put it back together. And the vacuum line was pinched on the valve cover everything is working correctly now.
