I've never see n a bassboat without live wells.  Usually they are stainless or plastic.

I've never seen a bass guitar With live wells, so makes sense that your question was confusing. Carry on!

Still waiting on the rest of the column parts to arrive so I can put it back in.

The gas tank is cleaned and ready to be put back together. I need to order all of the lines and gaskets yet. I also need to clean up under the car and undercoat that section.

Been working on little things the past two days.

I "rebuilt" the throttle pedal assembly. Everything is brand new besides the lever itself. My old pedal return spring was snapped and not doing anything. I don't recall the pedal ever feeling bad so I was surprised to see that.

I also got pads for the brake and clutch pedals

The steering column is also back in the car now. I placed an order for the fuel lines above the tank and need to start wire wheeling and undercoating the tank area under the car.

The dust and cobwebs were applied from the factory for lubrication. You will need to get another packet of dust and cobwebs for the new one.

Is this something that would benefit with a spray of white lithium grease? I also wondered the same for the retention spring on the steering column. I also figured it may fight off oxidation=)

I don't think the lithium grease would hurt it.

It's going to suck getting the dash on around the steering wheel.

lol The column cover needs to come back off at that point too to remove the stalks. I can get the dash in and out in under a half hour at this point so I'm not worried=)

I have been really busy planning a GTG and what not lately but figured I would post some pictures of a few things to keep things lively in here

If you can't buy it, make it (new one is stainless)

I cleaned and painted the rear bumper carrier as well as the mounting brackets (and installed OEM hardware)

Finally scored a missing piece of the puzzle:

                                Racing Dynamics Non M lip

                                20160612123533zpsaqkersyt.jpg

Unfortunately I wasn unaware that the lip is slightly different between the two non M bumper styles so I will have to make some reliefs in the top of the lip to fit around parts of the bumper vents. The good thing is that the lip isn't perfect and needs some fixing anyways.

                                20160612123444zpseihcgt73.jpg

You can see the small semi-circle reliefs now that are for fitting around the vertical slats in the wide slat style non m bumper. Those will be filled in as well.

Looks sharp, I like that. Good call on something besides just putting M bumpers on everything.
