Well, it's gotten to that point. After driving for any distance over 2 miles it takes 5-20 cranks for it to fire up.

It doesn't look too bad. Are s54 cams hollow like the s52's?

Yay! So whats the plan? Refresh while its out or toss it in and punish tires?
I'll probably do the rod bearings, rear main seal, oil filter housing gasket, new clutch and swap over all the new sensors from the blown motor. There probably will be more but that's what I can think of now.
Might add a Setrab oil cooler and a get the bumper support sorted out.
