All makes vin decoder

I came across this on accident and thought I would share with everyone. I tried it on my car and it works. You can do any make or model and it will give you a brief listing of production date, options, etc. It's not extremely detailed but it's difficult to find one that does all makes and models.

Tried this out today, neat that it provides the MSRP from back in the day. For BMW specific VIN's this is still the best site though. http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html

Yea that is what I use for BMW's but this one has been nice when I have helped people look for other cars where a vin decoder isn't as readily available or in-depth. Jaguar comes to mind as particularly difficult.
