For $3-$4k I would buy it based on the potential.  It's a low mileage e36 with a widebody.  With different wheels and a decent rear bumper and that wing eliminated it could be a decent car.  This guy is out of his mind to ask $31k though!!!

I like it but that price though... riding the Walker train.

Link didn't work for me but yes they are real! A badger bimmers member had one at the Concours show two years ago, believe it was a teal color. Very cool car.
