Ok for the e39 you would need 3 gallons for full coverage I can do 500 For an E39 with a regular color with no metalizers or glossifiers. As for the anthracite lava I can do it and I would love to do it.

I would assume a day. It just needs to be washed, masked, and then sprayed

You can come down on a weekend day and it would take about four hours. You have to give about fifteen minutes a coat.
