Shop Space? Looking to join or start

So I'm in need of shop space for a least one of my cars, as my one car garage is challenging me when it comes to getting stuff done. I need the extra space for building the motor, etc that I don't have at home. Looking to have the cost be around $100 or lower per person, per month as I'm on a budget.
Either I could join up with somebody who already has a space, basically all I need is 10x15 for the car and workbench/engine stand or I know of a good building down by the airport that is very spacious but would need 6+ guys to make it affordable. I'm in Cudahy but willing to travel.
