Well, picked up Jawa's E28 that he had for sale, the Delphin blue one. So now I have that, might winter beater it for the winter, then drop the trans/motor for it so I can manual swap the Beige shark. Unsure yet. But it runs and drives damn good!

That's what I thought about my auto in my blue bomber and all at once boom nothing lol. I guess my car is just being an attention whore and wants the manual trans inside her.

Since parking my car I've slowly been dismantling the front end and removing the motor and trans. Well yesterday was D-day, I spent 6 hours, and got the motor down to a short block, then pulled the motor and auto trans as a whole. Went super smooth.

Gunna be fixing the little bit of rust my car has, ordering new fenders, fixing the door, and redoing the engine bay. The way this engine bay comes from factory looks like a cluster fuck on the drivers side, and I'm not a fan of that. So I'll be trying to clean it up more.  Going out today to do more work on the car aswell as separate the motor from the trans.

Shave? Eh. I'm just getting rid of the un used factory brackets. a tuck? Not really, tucks are stupid. I'm just making the engine bay look more representable. The drivers side of an E28 is a traffic jam of hoses and wires.

Wrong, a tuck is "TUCKING" the wires behind, in and or under something. I'm just rerouting them in the engine bay to not have a mixed not of coolant hoses, brake lines, power steering lines, and wires all twisted around each other like they came from the factory....

A mild tuck would consist of rerouting wires and making them look more appealing. Making them disappear is a full tuck.
