Do they come with winter tires?

Earl is correct, you will just need hubcentric rings
Do you have the specs of the hubcentric rings I will need? Are the same as hub bore adapters?

OD should be 74.1mm, ID should be 72.56mm
I ran e39 wheels on my e36 (same hub size as e28) with a set of plastic ones off of ebay and they worked perfectly
