Well, the diff's been sitting for upwards of 2 years, on the ground, so it needs to be broken in a little.

Well, sheared the bolts that hold the half shaft into the diff, woops.
Hoping to find another half shaft relatively soon.

Only one chunk of one's stuck in the output flange, the axle shaft it's self has one that's twisted/bent in there. But a simple attack with the cutting wheel will solve that.

I pay extra for 3 day shipping, instead of 5-8 day shipping, still takes 5 days to get here. I wrote pelican a nice little email, about how I pissed I was that I ordred stuff, paid twice the normal ground shipping rate, to get it here in 3 days, just to have it show up in 5. What the fuck.

half shaft rebuilt, waiting on the rebuild kit to get back to the FEDEX building, as I some how missed it, in the 2 minutes I wen to the gas station to grab some Boston Creme' donuts. 4:30pm couldn't come soon enough! I'll have pictures up of rebuilding halfshaft CV joints.
CV joints are really easy to rebuild. time consuming, and messy as a mofo. But definitely do able. Hell I did it on the kitchen table. Just don't tell the old lady that!
