Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.

The V10 really doesn't impress me at all. Sure its cool being like an F1 motor an all, but it really has lack luster performance unless you are redlining it all the time. No torque or even engine noise until 5k rpm's and up on the tach. The S65 has slightly less peak torque (320 lb·ft vs 384), but it comes in at 3750 rpm vs 6100! Plus it even has a slightly higher rpm, gives you the v8 growl with the v10 whine.

Can't really hear the downshifts, but they are glorious in person
