I vote chill and grill on the lake when it's warm out!

I paid $90 to autocross a Lambo last summer...this seems like a rip-off..you can go to great lakes and drag for like $35...or free if you go on the right day..

I will be at DIV, Scooters, and automotion and all of Brian's events that involve grilling and many other big shows around the summer.

I'll fly and meet you there...the Audi would never make it..

Mount Olympus has them!

I love all of you..and the dells would be fun. There are a lot of hotels that are actually super cheap, especially if people share rooms

Could always be a Friday or Sunday meet..couldn't get too rowdy around there anyway.

The Weekend of February 2nd, I will be dog sitting for my brother and his wife..They have a decent sized back yard to have a cook out [they have an awesome grill] as well as a fire pit. There's also a park across the street that has a large parking lot and there's usually plenty of room for people to park along the street. His house is a few miles from Mayfair on 88th St. Mount Mary College is right down the road and can make an amazing back drop for pictures [as long as no one gets too obnoxious]. Just thought I would throw this out there!

I vote not in Colgate so that Tony and I can actually attend..

Meh, decided to try and sell. We'll see...funny part is that I picked another Audi to buy...this one is clean as hell though and all of the expensive parts have already been replaced.

Your car is too big. I felt like I was driving a yacht. I a tiny little girl, I can't handle that. Boats are dangerous and stuff.

So the part I need for the locks is the "Vacuum Supply Pump" which is $900 from Audi, much much cheaper if I can find it used but I've had no luck so far. The shop even said they'd help me put it in, for freezies, if I can find one. Apparently It's incredibly easy to install and would only take 15min but the trouble is finding a used one. I guess the $1400 he quoted was when he was talking about if I needed a heater core and wanted the locks fixed. I'm working on finding one but I'm not desperate for it. If someone is that picky about HAVING to have power locks they can suck it. The locks themselves still perform their primary function. Thanks guys.

What about getting a "human verification" thing..where you type the strange looking words from the image?...not really sure how you get those but every other forum I've ever signed up for has one. Seems to work well. Or even a simple question/answer deal, which may require less work. One of the DSM forums I was on back in the day (yeah, i know "ewwww dsms") simply had "What does DSM stand for?" as a security question during the registration process.

None of the buttons work and the remote is dead but I'm sure that wouldn't work either. I have to unlock my door, with the key obviously, and then pull each passenger door handle from the inside to unlock those and push the locks down to lock. My trunk also stopped unlocking completely. When I try unlocking it with the key it turns in the correct direction and everything but the alarm goes off once I push the button in to open it, but it won't open because it isn't actually unlocking. It kind of seems like the doors "lock" when the truck is unlocked and vice versa, but the trunk doesn't actually unlock at all. I was told once before that it was the central locking pump which I found online for $180, but I guess they think it's something more than that. I'm sure that 1400 includes quite a bit of labor as well. I'm going to ask more questions once they finish the oil and coolant leak that I took it in for. They're always crazy busy so they tend to rush phone calls.
