I have always loved the M V8 intake trumpets.

Talk about an inefficient engine though. 8 throttle bodies!!?!?!? My car only requires 1 to get me down the road.

Yeah, the trumpets are neat......they are going away though, as is the whole stock manifold.

Not only are there 8 tb's they are all uniquly cast. No wonder this car was over the top expensive.

Velocity stacks don't make a siginificant difference in forced induction applications. There will be care taken in the airflow and transitions, but there won't be actual stacks.

Velocity stacks are awesome as hell. But with it being boosted, theyd do almost nothing, and you wouldn't get the amazing symphony they let bellow.

It could be.......or a complete failure. I'm hoping for epicness, but I have to be honest with myself, hahaha

Manifold Flanges designed (rather reverse engineered) and ordered.

                      Turbo shopping.......ooooo the goodness.

Ever is a long time. In a few years a stock corolla will be making 575hp at the rate things are going.

Sorry PJ. Been really busy at work! I did get the engine brackets released for the other e39 project I'm working on. Motor mounts and a plethora of other small bits for that person next. Hopefully I get to reverse engineering my intake manifold soon.

Stupid KW had to order a replacement rod for one of my coliovers so the Umbrella bits are on hold.

You wouldn't be able to have oil filter housing covers machined would you? Similiar to: http://www.fluidmotorunion.com/archives/tag/oil-filter-cap

Sure. I'd need geometry, or one to reverse engineer. I doubt I'd be cheaper than someone producing them in qty, unless you think having a qty machined would be worth while.
