Restoring my 89 325 ix build thread

Hey guys I got a 89 325ix automatic with 146k. Originally a Colorado car which I am the third owner. All receipts since car was purchased new. Doing a semi full restoration. I will update progress as I move along. The biggest think is last owner Macco paint the car black. Original color is lachssilber. Currently I plan on removing all minor rusts spots and replant car original color. Along with interior restoration, and maybe a few more little items. Project due date is November 2013. all panels are all original with matching Vin # , except hood and left fender.
