so you can see the interior was pulled apart and cleaned a bunch, but the front seats could use a steam cleaning.
the panels that cover the underdash area I will be putting back in this weekend after I finish up moving around a few more wires.

If only I had the cash monies
Looks like a sweet ride!thanks! it needs some love to look pretty again, but it's a pretty cool car that you don't see everyday. it's really a great basis for a fun little project.

bad picture, but it gives you an idea. shadowline (and mirrors) needs freshening up. the black spots along the bottom are areas where I have applied rust sealer.

God that thing is sexy!
I really had no idea Volvo had turbo powerplants and and that anybody was making that kind of power with these things
that's why they are so cool!

Thats quite sexual. Do want.
Make it happen. I just found a car that I would like to pick up, so I'm especially open to cash offers right now.

Do you have a 240 for sale?
My brother LOVESSSSSSSSSSSSS volvo.
and he owns a 1982 240. but he has the first 6 month model with some chrysler box in it? I forgot exactly what. And the part went. And he has called all over. Texas, wisconsin, online stores. The part is expensive and his volvo is in real bad shape. I know he would love another one.

Yes, the white car pictured above is for sale.
Chrysler ignition is what they used for 5 or so years on the non turbo cars.... and it sucks. My other 240 has it right now, but I'll be throwing that out when I swap that car.

There we go. That's what it was. How much for the white car?

What kind of car did you find outta curiosity?
Another Volvo. 1998 S70 T5 SE. Nothing terribly special about it, other than that it's clean, and the SE's are a bit rare (it's primarily an interior thing).
i've had a little list in my head of cars that I think would be satisfying
-volvo 850
-volvo s70
-e36 m50/52
-e34
-maybe e30
-e39 (but that's starting to get spend)
that's all that have really come to mind... e36 and s70 are the ideals. not sure which i'd prefer as they each are better in certain ways.
