Also, e36 rear fenders suck weiner, but the fronts are no match for this guys brute strength.

Can you pull fenders at all? I'd like to fit 305's on the rear of my e39.

The rears is where the issue is usually. For example on Earls TI there is seam sealer back there as well as some thick metal. If you remove the seam sealer I can usually roll them up and out of the way pretty good. I cannot say if they would be pull-able or not. The fronts however are not bad what so ever to do.

We pulled my fronts a good amount. See Sig. The rears will need to be sorted out eventually when I go wider, but they work great for now=)
