Any color suggestions? I am back to not knowing what color I want... I like a dark grey with metallic, but I dont know what else would look right.

my favorite e30 colors:
sepangbronze - early model with euro bumpers
brilliantrot - late model coupe
alpineweiss - late model sedan
calypsorot - convertible
schwartz - m3
there are so many good bmw colors. as long as you stay away from bronzit, they all can look really good!
some sedan examples:

Personally I'd paint it that forest green color or zinno/brilliant red

yes it was Brandons (I think he got it from someone, saw it was a mess and just sold it, hell of a rust fix on it
I'll put up some pictures in a bit). Was going to paint it a darker blue, but realized that it is a lot of work to paint door jambs ect, so went with white again but it is a much more pure white than the alpineweiss. -

I had a super clean bronzit sedan last summer, and I should have never sold it. I like the coupe, but when a sedan is done up nicely they're almost cooler than a coupe because people EXPECT a coupe to look better.

Had a good time four wheeling up north this weeked, part of the reason I didn't make it to the meet. Found a nice mud spot while riding, had some issues....

Yeah, just talked to my pops about that and he explained it a bit. I was just nervous, because there has been very obvious rear work done that leads me to believe rear end collision.
