E46 subframe reinforcement

I bought some rear subframe reinforcement plates for my e46 330ci. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with these or has installed them. It requires some welding, which I am not good at yet.

Hey, you sold me the Pirelli Alfredo separators! Very cool. Yeah, look me up when you're looking to get this done. I should be set back up for welding and etc around the middle of May.
