Interestingly enough, I dont go seeking them out. I usually see them in the main thumbnail as im about to go search for bmws that I cant buy. So the fact that so many photos of  blocked plates exist on the surface of craigslist shows how big this epidemic really is.

I am crying right now.

They tried to block the plate with bubble wrap on the back, it kind of works. The next couple of pictures its fallen off on the ground.

They try to block the front plate, its completely see through. The next picture the plate isn't even blocked
